Please complete the waiver before your visit to save time at the entrance.

A signed waiver is required before entering the play area. All guests must remove their shoes before entering the play area.
- Shoes are not permitted inside the play areas at any time.
- All adults must wear socks while inside the facility.
- For safety reasons, OceanLoop non-slip grip socks are required for children to enter the play area.
- Adults are recommended to wear grip socks, but this is optional.
- Adults are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.
- Children must remain with an accompanying adult at all times.
- No running, pushing, rough play, or aggressive behavior is permitted.
- Please read and follow all posted signs and notices throughout the facility.
- Any damage to facilities or equipment may result in a fee.
- Please be kind, respectful, and polite to all children, adults, and staff.
- Children are encouraged to share, take turns, and follow staff instructions.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed in the play areas.
- Personal water bottles are permitted; however, drinks must not be consumed inside the play area.
- Please wash hands before and after playing.
- Cover any cuts, scrapes, or open wounds before entering the play area.
- Children who are sick or showing signs of illness should not enter the facility.
- OceanLoop reserves the right of final interpretation of all rules and policies.
- Guests who do not follow the rules may be asked to leave without refund.
- All prices listed are subject to applicable taxes.

- Each General Admission ticket includes 2 hours of play time.
- Each paid child admission includes entry for one accompanying adult at no additional charge.
- Children under 1 do not have a paid child admission ticket. Therefore, their accompanying adult is not included and must purchase an Adult Admission ticket.
- Any additional adult accompanying a paid child is required to purchase an Adult Admission ticket.
- Each paid child admission includes one complimentary pair of OceanLoop non-slip grip socks for first-time visitors.
- Returning customers who wear their OceanLoop grip socks are eligible for the returning customer discounted child admission rate.
- A wristband will be provided to the accompanying adult for gate access. Please return the wristband upon exiting the play area.

- The fees above apply to the accompanying adult of a child under 1 year old.

- Public holiday pricing is the same as Friday–Sunday pricing.

- A wristband will be provided for gate access. Guests may leave the facility and return on the same day while wearing the wristband.

Please inform an OceanLoop staff member, and we will assist you with basic first aid supplies such as ice packs, bandages, and tissues.
Parents are responsible for their own children’s behavior.
If needed, please inform our staff for assistance. CCTV footage may be reviewed on-site in short segments upon request.
