We offer three party time slots daily, each including 2.5 hours of party room usage.

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Monday – Thursday: Extended evening slot available from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM, subject to availability.

Party Room Rules & Notes

  • Each booking includes 2.5 hours of party room usage.
  • Guests must vacate the room promptly after the scheduled time.
  • Children may stay slightly longer in the play area, subject to capacity.
  • Outside food and drinks are allowed inside the party room only and must be nut-free.
  • Outside decorations are welcome; OceanLoop-approved tape will be provided.
  • Children under 1 year old do not count toward the guest total.
  • All prices exclude applicable taxes.

Party Room Rules & Time Slots

Please scan the QR code to complete the Party Waiver before the party begins.

The party host name must match our confirmation email.

Party room guests must sign the Party Waiver. Admission or other waivers are not valid for party bookings.

Each party room booking includes 2.5 hours of room usage.

  • At the end of the scheduled party time, guests must vacate the party room promptly so staff can clean and prepare for upcoming parties.
  • Children may stay slightly longer in the play area, subject to overall play area capacity and staff direction.
  • A signed party waiver must be completed before the party begins.
  • Outside cake, food, and drinks are permitted but must remain inside the party room at all times for safety reasons.
  • All outside food must be nut-free.
  • Outside food and drinks may not be shared with walk-in visitors.
  • Outside decorations are welcome; please inform us in advance if anything will be taped to the walls or ceiling. OceanLoop-approved tape will be provided.
  • Any damage to the party room or equipment may result in a charge based on the item’s replacement or repair value.
  • Customers may arrive up to 10 minutes early to set up food and decorations.
  • Children under 1 year old do not count toward the party guest total.
  • The birthday child and their parents are included in the total party count.
  • If the number of guests exceeds the package limit, additional child and/or adult fees will apply.
  • Please follow the maximum capacity limit of each party room. If your guest count exceeds the room capacity, a larger room must be selected to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Additional pizzas may be ordered before the party begins with no delivery fee.
  • Pizza orders placed during the party will incur a $5 delivery fee.
  • All listed prices do not include applicable taxes.
