* Extra time is available for the 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM time slot only.
* For the 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM time slots, extra time may be added on the event day only, subject to availability.
Private Event Rules & Time Slots
Please scan the QR code to complete the Private Event Waiver before the event begins.
This QR code is for Private Events only. Admission waivers or Party Room waivers are not valid for Private Events.
The event host name must match the name listed in our confirmation email.
All guests attending a Private Event must complete the Private Event Waiver.
Each Private Event booking includes 2.5 hours of exclusive use of the entire OceanLoop facility during the scheduled time.
- At the end of the scheduled event time, all guests must vacate the facility promptly so staff can clean and prepare for upcoming bookings.
- Children may stay slightly longer in the play area only with staff approval and subject to facility scheduling.
- A signed Private Event Waiver is required before the event begins.
- Outside cake, food, and drinks are permitted during Private Events.
- All outside food must be nut-free.
- All beverages must be non-alcoholic.
- Outside food and drinks may not be shared with non-event guests.
- Outside decorations are welcome. Any items taped to walls, ceilings, or fixtures must be approved in advance. OceanLoop-approved tape will be provided.
- As this is a Private Event with exclusive use of the facility, the booking party is fully responsible for any and all damage occurring during the event, including but not limited to play areas, party rooms, washrooms, furniture, fixtures, equipment, flooring, and decorations.
- Damage fees will be charged based on repair or replacement cost.
- Guests may arrive 10–15 minutes early for setup, subject to cleaning completion and staff approval.
- All children and adults are included in the event guest count.
- Children under 1 year old are not included in the guest count.
- Please follow the maximum capacity stated in your Private Event agreement to ensure safety and comfort.
- Additional pizzas may be ordered before the event begins with no delivery fee.
- Pizza orders placed during the event will incur a $5 delivery fee.
- All listed prices do not include applicable taxes.

Private Events provide exclusive use of OceanLoop for your group during the reserved time slot.
Yes. The entire facility is reserved exclusively for your group.
Additional time may be available for an extra fee, subject to availability.

A deposit is required to secure the booking.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
